Kevin Herrera is one of the founders of Protel BPO, and his leadership has been crucial for cultivating our welcoming work environment and company culture. Kevin always takes time to get to know staff, making sure they feel comfortable approaching him with questions or concerns. Kevin’s business background includes more than 20 years’ experience working for Deloitte, serving as CEO for the Belize Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and working as the Country Manager for CHx Belize LP.
Kevin founded Protel BPO to help reduce Belize’s dependence on other countries and resolved to provide opportunities for citizens to gain experience and skills outside of Belize’s tourism and agricultural industries. Kevin has continued serving Belize after being appointed as a senator, bringing his love and dedication for Belize’s culture and people to the political sphere, and furthering the country’s economic independence. His vision is directly responsible for Protel BPO’s ongoing success in a competitive market.
